Bitter is a versatile space. It can be the setting for a quick lunch break or a frugal dinner, or a special evening, overlooking the internal courtyard, for an evening show. The idea was to create a location that recalled an old house, recovered, with the walls still to be plastered. A young and creative space, just like the young owners.
